All jewelry from NYQU are handmade-to-order, which means every item is crafted only when you place the order. The estimated timeframe for our crafting process all jewelry is 2-4 weeks.

For quicker delivery, please contact us via email to check if the delivery date can be achieved or not.
Since every item is custom made in your personal size and metal choice, there are no returns or exchanges unless there is a craftsmanship defect with the item. Please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the product if you received an item that had a defect. All jewelry must be returned in its original condition without any signs of wear or alteration. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of wear, has been altered in any way, or if the return is requested after the allowed 7 days.
All stones from NYQU are absolutely natural and genuine, they will be handpicked to your order with the best quality we can offer. Due to the nature of natural gemstones, they may vary slightly in color and sheen and contain tiny internal inclusions – therefore we do not accept return or exchange requests for this reason. Please acknowledge the slight imperfections that makes each piece unique and beautiful in its own way as this provides uniqueness to your jewelry.
If you have purchased an item in a wrong size, please first check with a reputable jeweler/retailer in your area and see if they are able to perform a resizing locally. Most of our rings can easily be resized by a skilled jeweler, usually for a small fee. This option will take away the risk and cost of shipping a high-value item back and forth, and should be the first option for you to consider.
If for any reason your local jeweler cannot do this for you, please contact us and we will try to do our best to make you satisfied, but do keep in mind that resizing is not free.
